Contract: Full-time, permanent 

Location: Oxford, UK

Salary: £40,000- £65,000 per annum + attractive benefits

Your role is to help establish, develop and execute core quality engineering processes and procedures needed to ensure the successful transfer of our product development to the production environment and ensure that production Quality levels are established maintained.

Desirable skills and experience include:

  • Quality experience in a regulated environment, preferably working to ISO13485
  • Appling SPC in monitoring manufacturing processes
  • Implementing quality improvements
  • Developing control schemes
  • Applying risk management principles
  • An Engineering and Quality qualification would be advantageous, 

Responsibilities to include: 

  • Working with design teams and manufacturing teams to implement, maintain and improve quality standards for products and their associated production processes.
  • Working with suppliers to ensure materials, components and assemblies meet the design and quality requirements.
  • Identifying and eliminating waste in manufacturing and business processes.
  • Implementing quality agreements with suppliers / contract manufacturers and managing changes.
  • Establish, validate and implement procedures and protocols required for the design and development of the companies IVD products.
  • To participate in process verification and validation activities.
